Spoke to my Dad today. He's sounded ok. He's got a long road ahead of him, but he's strong and I know he'll be back to good as new in no time! Love you Daddy.

Worked. Had coffee. Smart One breakfast sandwich at my desk. More coffee. 2 hour meeting. Smart One lunch at my desk. Weight Watchers at 6. Gained 1 1/2 pounds, but Hubs lost 2 and is down 6 1/2. Very happy for him! I'm gonna try and track my food this week. I know Weight Watchers works. It's up to me to follow the plan. I've been bad. After Weight Watchers, Hubs and I met the nephs for dinner at P.A. Grille. We had a nice hour or so, then each went our separate ways and headed home. Now, on the couch with Hubs, watching the Country Music Awards and hanging with the pups.
