I LOVE MY SISTER!!!
Today I had planned on visiting a friend from the office whose baby is in the hospital, with Trish, another friend from work...but as chance would have it, I woke up obsessing about the same love seat and chair I went to bed worrying about. Oy. I am a handful sometimes. So I called Trish, cancelled our plans and began moving furniture around some more. When there was nothing else to move, I started pulling out stuff from my closet. I have so many beautiful things to wear, and I always end up looking like a bag lady. Since it was obsession day, I figured it was a good time to clean out and organize my stuff, again. As luck would have it, Sissy and Little neph stopped by in the middle of my craziness. Sissy is so amazing. Instead of running outta the house as fast as she could, she and Little actually stayed for hours while I did a fashion show. She helped me put together outfits and told me what to throw out. It was fabulous. I told her I had my very own Stacy and Clinton. http://tlc.discovery.com/tv/what-not-to-wear/
I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much little Sis. I LOVE YOU!!!!! I asked her if the fam wanted to come over and have dinner here, but they passed. I went into creative mode anyway. I made whole wheat penne with fresh garlic cloves, cayenne pepper and roasted Brussels sprouts. Then I defrosted the rest of the talapia. Once ready to cook, I sprayed a little butter flavored PAM in a baking dish, and sprinkled whole wheat panko crumbs and crushed walnuts on top, with salt and pepper. Cooked it on high heat at 450 for 10 minutes. Then 3 minutes on broil to crunch up the crust. OMG. I am amazing. :) ...and thanks to my Sister, and Little neph, I can look good while being amazing. Nice! Anyone wanna come by for leftovers? ...Don't worry Eye and Bossman, I will not be bringing any leftover talapia in my purse tomorrow. ...promise! Maybe in my briefcase though. Just kidding. Or am I? Hahahahaha!!
