Starting to feel better, finally...

Today was work. I am running on 1/2 speed but doing better. Went to lunch with my friend Katie. We had sushi. I had the best spicy yellowtail handroll with brown rice and avocado. It was the best best best thing I have ever eaten! Yummmo! Bluefin Sushi. Yamato and Congress. Delish!

Oh, hello. I almost forgot. Last night was weight watchers. I lost another 1.8 pounds. New grand total...25! Yay! 19 weeks. 25 pounds. Aesop taught us that "Slow and steady wins the race..." And my mommy always said that losing even one pound a week is over 50 pounds in a year. She's very smart. Weight Watchers is so much better than Jenny Craig. On Jenny, I lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks. Then gained 11 back in one week. Weight Watchers is actually teaching me how to make smart food choices. No frozen and processed nonsense. Real food. I don't even think I'm on a diet. I just make better food choices. Nice! Go me!
