Today was work. Yogurt for lunch. Weighed in at Weight Watchers. Gained a little but still down 28 pounds since I began my journey. Still have a way to go, but I wanted to post my before and during pics tonight. I haven't reached my goal, so they are not "after" pictures, but they are my during pics...I know they are not pretty, but it makes me proud to see how far I've come! After 7 months of learning to make better food choices, and after 8 months of hot yoga 2-4 times a week, today I am almost 30 pounds lighter, healthier, happier, and I'd even say much prettier!
If anyone out there reading this needs a fabulous weight loss program, please try Weight Watchers. You owe it to yourself. With the WW program, you can eat anything you want! (In moderation.) There are no silly rules with Weight Watchers like "No fruit after food", or like "Eat all the protein and fat you want, but no carbs allowed." I mean really, since when has fruit been bad for you??? On the Weight Watchers program you don't have to eat little sodium filled frozen meals three times a day. And no, I am not a paid spokesperson for Weight Watchers. I am just a believer. In real food. In real weight loss. I believe the only way you can lose weight and keep it off, is to learn how to make healthy choices. A healthy relationship with food is unparalleled. The WW program has taught me that.
I am thankful every day for this new knowledge. ...and I am proud to help pass the information on to others. Margi, you look amazing! Mommy. I am so proud of you! ...so to anyone out there who struggles with their weight, please know it is possible. Never give up!
Weight Watchers is not a diet. It's a change of lifestyle. I am very proud of you Mommy! I love that you are trying to lose weight and feel better! You look great! Love you.
ReplyDeleteWow! Look at you - you look like a whole new person!
ReplyDeleteMy darling, low carb does not necessarily mean no fruit. :) Not even no chocolate! It's a common misconception.
ReplyDeleteAnyway - YOU LOOK MAHVELOUS!!! And so very brave of you. I love you forever.
